Course access
The first two chapters may be available as a preview. Full course access is required to finish the course, take the final exam, and request a certificate.
Accounts and recovery
You can start without creating a traditional signup account. The app uses a local profile ID, and a backend profile credential when sync is configured. If you change devices, support-assisted recovery may ask for identity details before linking records.
Purchases, restores, and refunds
The first two chapters and practice activities let you evaluate 5Drive before buying. Full-course access is a one-time digital purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Except where the applicable store, law, duplicate billing, failed delivery, or a verified technical problem requires otherwise, course purchases are final after access is delivered. Apple or Google makes the final decision on store refund requests. By purchasing, you consent to 5Drive sharing purchase delivery and relevant usage or consumption information with Apple, Google, and RevenueCat when needed to resolve a refund request or payment dispute. This information is shared only for that review, fraud prevention, and related payment operations. If a refund or revocation is approved, paid course access may be removed. Optional Express certificate delivery is paid separately through Stripe. Contact support before mailing to request an Express refund; the certificate will continue by included Standard mail. After mailing, Express refunds are limited to approved exceptions because the carrier service has already been purchased. If paid access does not unlock, email support so we can help verify or restore it.
Final exam and certificate
After purchasing full access, completing the required course content, and passing the final exam, confirm your legal name and mailing address in the app to request a certificate. Once details are verified, we print and mail within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is by USPS after it ships. Optional Express delivery may be offered at certificate request. Certificate mailing is included with purchase.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, date of birth, mailing, certificate, and support information when asked. Use the app for its intended learning and support purposes.

For support, privacy, or deletion requests, email support@5drivedriversed.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. We may update app features, course presentation, support processes, and these terms as needed.

Express certificates are prioritized and mailed within one business day using USPS Priority Mail Express, with estimated arrival in 2–4 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination, USPS acceptance time, and applicable USPS service terms.
